I have also worked extensively with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, Aphasia, Diabetics, Cancer, Stroke, Macular, and LBD & FTD patients. Jayna is beyond compassionate and generous with her time and depth of knowledge about senior care. We were at a loss on how to best support our dad during his decline with dementia, and she spent a half hour just guiding me through what our best options are for our dad. She guided me to some really promising routes for his care and did so completely on her own good will, nothing to gain. If we do end up needing to hire private care, you bet I will be calling Jayna first! Highly recommend.

Jayna is a natural! Jayna has been with my and I for three and a half years. My wife is very difficult with end stage Alzheimer's. I can't begin to tell you how good Jayna is with her and how much she loves her. Her vast knowledge of all things seniors and elderly is like having a PhD. I cannot recommend her enough. I am a retired physician and Jayna has been with us for about a year now. Jayna is excellent! Jayna has so much knowledge of the elderly/seniors. I tell her all the time that she has a PhD in elder care, just endless knowledge. My wife has advanced Dementia and is quite challenging for myself and family, but not for Jayna, she has such  way with her. Our father has FTD (a rare form of Dementia) and he is extremely difficult to care for. Jayna quickly figured out awesome methods to get our father to cooperate. The list is long for all the things we appreciate about Jayna.  She truly cares about all of her clients.  Jayna is honest and nurturing.  Jayna had never missed a single day of work in the year she has been our caregiver. She has been a gift to our family.

We hired Jayna about a year ago to care  for my parents, sadly our mother passed recently.  My mom wanted Jayna there at the end, they were so close, like mother and daughter.  Jayna is not only was a loving caregiver,  but she's family to us. Jayna had great knowledge and pays close attention to detail, she's very caring, giving, intuitive to one's needs.

Jayna is the best caregiver! My dad adores her. She is so tender and delicate with him. They have become the best of friends. Jayna is so helpful, I don't know what we would do without her. She takes care of his medications, Drs appointments, groceries,  cooking, showering, provides companionship, and even cuts his hair. Also, Jayna is fountain of knowledge having to do with elder care. Jayna has known our family and our mother for about 35 yrs. Sadly, my  mom passed a few weeks ago. Jayna was invaluable In providing the information that we needed, got us set up hospice, and spoke to our nurses, got us a hospital bed, even the correct diapers and medications.  We didn't know what we were doing and Jayna hooked us up with proper information that was crucial to my mom's last week of life. Jayna loved our mother and was right there holding mom's hand when she passed away. Our mother loved Jayna very much. Caring for seniors is definitely Jaynas calling. My entire family appreciates her help.

Jayna was great for the short time she worked with my Mom. She was personable, caring and had a great personality. She showed up on time or provided notice beforehand that she was going to be late or unavailable. She did a great job with meal prep, groceries, med pick up, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping and more. The only reason I marked as would not hire again is due to not getting much notice that she would not be returning. This may be normal in the industry (not sure since we are need to this) but it did put us in a bind not being able to look for someone new before her departure. If you talk through all details beforehand and it's a good fit for both parties, Jayna is awesome!

Jayna worked with my mom for over 2 years. Sadly, my mother passed away last week.  Jayna held her hand while she took her last breath and continued to hold her hand for 2 additional hours. Just the 2 of them. We appreciate her more than words can say. Jayna and my mom had a special relationship.  Mom had Alzheimer's,  Jayna was always so patient,  kind, nurturing,  and loving.  Jayna is very good with seniors, from companionship, to the end, and everything in between. She is knowledgeable, honest,  punctual,  patient,  dependable, always goes the extra mile. Jayna communicates well with the family. There is just not enough good that we can say about her. Godsend for our family!

Our mother is extremely difficult to any and all. We hired Jayna and my siblings and I hoped she would last more than a week. Our mom did everything to try to run Jayna off the first 2 months.  However, we are so grateful to Jayna as she hung in there for 9 months and until we moved our mother to Assisted Living. Over time, our mom grew to love Jayna and while she was still difficult,  she surely eased up on Jayna.  Not enough could be said about how great/patient Jayna was to our mother. Also, Jayna was excellent about keeping us informed as none of us live in the Valley.  Our mother has lung cancer, a colostomy bag, severe arthritis,  and Dementia, besides being having a difficult personality. We offered Jayna 'combat pay' because of all she dealt with our mother, she refused. Jayna would bring our mom books, various food items that mom loves, just because that's the loving and giving person that Jayna is. We HIGHLY recommend Jayna. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!

Jayna was recommended to me by 2 other families that she cares for. My wife had Alzheimer's and Jayna was so wonderful with her. Jayna was able to engage with her, get her talking, singing,  smiling, drinking more fluids. Sadly, my wife had a massive stroke. Jayna was instrumental in helping me with the hospice process, she is very experienced with hospice, which was helpful as I was overwhelmed.  Jayna was kind enough to visit my wife in hospice everyday until she passed. I  can't tell you how much I appreciate Jayna.  I highly recommend her.

My husband was on hospice when I hired Jayna, so she was only with us for a few months until he passed.  With all the craziness of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, hospice, and constant visitors she was awesome.  My husband really enjoyed her and their fun bantering. Jayna read to him often, which he particularly enjoyed. He would let her feed him, but no other caregivers, he would let her change his diaper, but no other caregivers, so I did it when she wasn't there. She was a good supporter in his last weeks and months, which were so tough.  We consider her family. I highly recommend Jayna.
