I always prioritize safety and open communication with families. I truly enjoy being a caregiver and being a part of a child's growth and development. Caring for children has always brought me joy-it's both fulfilling and full of learning moments, not just for the children, but for me as well. I approach each day with patience, positivity, and a willingness to help wherever I'm needed-whether that's spending meaningful time with the kids, helping around the house, or running errands.
