Hi, I'm Jaylen! I work in childcare and am currently studying social work in college. Caring for children is more than a job to me - it's a true passion. My education strengthens my understanding of emotional development, patience, and creating a safe, supportive space where children feel heard and valued. I am responsible, dependable, and prioritize safety at all times. I follow routines, communicate clearly with parents, and confidently manage daily tasks like homework help, meals, and bedtime. Families can trust that their children are in capable, attentive hands. I also love fostering creativity. I design engaging projects and create environments where imagination is encouraged, curiosity is celebrated, and children feel confident expressing their ideas. I believe nurturing creativity helps build confidence, independence, and strong problem-solving skills. My goal is to create a balanced space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to grow!
