We hired Jaylen to nanny our three month old and 2.5 year old. We were so impressed by her. She is dependable, punctual, and mature beyond her years. She is a very calm and patient person. Our three month old wasn't the easiest baby, but he instantly took to her and we would always say that he is calmer with her than he is with us. Unfortunately our situation changed where we no longer needed a nanny, but any family would be lucky to have Jaylen.
