Extremely disappointing experience. She was consistently unprofessional and unreliable, with repeated last-minute excuses, no-shows, and poor communication. Calls and texts went unanswered, making it impossible to depend on her for childcare. She presented herself as someone who “loves caring for babies,” but unfortunately, her actions did not reflect that. I would not recommend hiring her, especially for families who need dependable childcare.
