About Jayleah

Hi! My name is Jayleah and I have over 4 years of hands-on experience in childcare. I began my journey as a daycare assistant, where I also worked as an after-school teacher and summer camp counselor for school-aged children. I've expanded my experience through roles with trusted nanny agencies, providing both part-time and on-call nannying for families with children ranging from newborns to teens. I hold a Bachelors and am currently pursuing my Master's degree. Outside of academics, I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and find a lot of joy in creating fun, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environments. I have extensive experience working with new parents and understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your child in someone else's care for the first time.
