Hello! My name is Jayla, and I'm a responsible, nurturing, and energetic caregiver with a year of experience working with children from infants to pre-teens. I'm passionate about creating a safe and fun environment where children can thrive. I take pride in being dependable and communicative, always aiming to build trusting relationships with both children and parents. One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely care about every child I work with. I treat them with love, patience, and respect, and I make communication with parents a priority to ensure their peace of mind. I started working with kids when I was 16 through a summer school tutoring program, and I continued for another year. This experience helped me realize how much I enjoy helping children learn and grow, and I've since gained more experience with babysitting and in-home care for friends and family.
