Hi! I'm Jaylan, a professional nanny with 6 years of childcare experience and a special focus on infants and young children. I have hands-on experience with bottle feeding, introducing solids, soothing, naps and sleep routines, teething, age-appropriate play, developmental activities, walks/outings, and maintaining consistent daily routines. I'm patient and observant and enjoy getting to know each baby's individual cues, personality, and needs. I'm currently working toward becoming a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), with the long-term goal of specializing further in newborn and infant care.
