Hi! My name is Jaylan, and I'm a reliable and attentive caregiver who enjoys working with children, especially infants and younger kids. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I'm patient, observant, and very attentive to children's needs throughout the day, whether that's feeding, soothing, playtime, or helping them settle for naps. I also enjoy keeping parents updated with messages or photos so they feel connected and reassured. In addition to childcare, I work at an escape room where I assist guests and manage games, which has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to stay calm and attentive in different situations.
