About Jayla

I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, compassionate, and fun! I like working with kids because I love seeing their development daily. I also like creating positive relationships with them and being someone they can look up to. Seeing them happy makes me happy. I started working with kids as a middle school student. I used to help my Aunt run her daycare program. Ever since then I've loved working with kids from newborns up to the 4th grade. I currently work at a few elementary schools in the Somerset County. In my spare time, I like to be creative and in nature. I'm a photographer so I do a lot of work in digital media. I also enjoy spending time with family and my dogs. One thing you should know about me is I truly do care about any job I'm apart of. I go above and beyond in anything I do. My skills include patience, safety awareness and adaptability. I'm a very organized person and I have a great memory so multitasking is never an issue.
