About Jayden

Hi! My name is Jayden, and I'm a dedicated childcare professional with a passion for working with children of all ages. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mercy University and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in School Counseling at Seton Hall University. My background in Social and Behavioral Sciences, along with hands-on experience across educational and therapeutic settings, allows me to support children's unique needs in a nurturing and safe environment. I currently serve as a 5th Grade BTA, supporting children with individualized behavior and communication plans, 504 & IEP Education Plans. My experience includes special education classrooms, afterschool programs, day camps, and mental health internships. I am certified in Autism Education, Crisis Intervention, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid Care through Heartsaver. I bring patience, structure, and creativity to every interaction while building trust with children and families.
