About Jayden

I've learned very on that teachers have the power to shape ones character through resilience, diversity, and helping students gain lifelong skills. As a future English teacher, I am very excited by this opportunity, and I can't wait to help my future students find their voice, and be someone there to help be a ear for those feeling under represented and unheard. I believe that English classrooms have always held a certain power, as they have shaped into the woman I am today through language, stories, and helping my creativity ignite its spark. I want to create a classroom in the future that can help other students feel the way I have growing up within the walls of my English classes, and help students discover their voices, teach them that their words matter, and how their experiences can make their stories unique and impactful.
