About Jayden

Hi! My name is Jayden and I have over 7 years of experience working with children, including 3+ years as a dedicated nanny and 5 years teaching dance to children ages 3-18. Caring for children has always come naturally to me, and I love creating a calm, nurturing environment where kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. My caregiving style is very intentional and mindful. I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading books, doing creative activities, music, and movement while encouraging curiosity through play. I value patience, emotional awareness, and helping children build confidence and independence. I have the most experience with infants, toddlers, and young children, and I especially enjoy supporting early development and routines. Building a trusting relationship with families is very important to me. I value open communication with parents so we can work together to support the child and create a positive environment for everyone.
