About Jayda

With 8 years of experience in childcare and education, I bring a wide range of skills, including tutoring, transportation, meal preparation, and fostering growth in young minds. Growing up in a large family of educators and creatives, I've developed a lifelong passion for teaching and learning. For the past 6 years, I've worked as an after-school enrichment teacher and assistant teacher, gaining invaluable experience with children of all ages. Currently, I'm pursuing a nursing degree to become a pediatric nurse, combining my love for children with my healthcare aspirations. While I've worked with all age groups, infants and toddlers are my favorite, they're so full of energy and joy. I prefer long-term opportunities, whether full-time, part-time, or as needed, as I value building lasting relationships with the families and children I work with. In addition to my professional background, I love baking, creating art, crocheting, and going on hikes with my dogs.
