I'm passionate about supporting families and ensuring the well-being of children. My nurturing and responsible nature has led me to this fulfilling career. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. My strengths lie in my patience, creativity, and ability to connect with children of all ages. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents to ensure their peace of mind and to work together in the best interests of the child. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and routines while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere. My approach to childcare involves a variety of engaging activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, storytelling, and educational games that foster a love for learning. I hold a CPR Training certification, and I'm more than happy to assist with carpooling and light housekeeping tasks. I am also a third year nursing student at the University of Portland.
