About Jayda

Jayda and I had a wonderful conversation/interview. She presented herself as very professional, caring, trustworthy, and good with communication. I was very excited to have her join our team. I shared with our other team members that we had a wonderful new cleaning specialist coming on board. Jayda and I discussed that I had been having a lot of trouble with individuals expressing interest in the job and then ceasing communication without explanation. She assured me that this was not how she was raised, that she would absolutely not do this to me. She accepted the job, we set a schedule, and she agreed to start on Monday at 8am. I sent her the paperwork required to start the job, and she assured me that she would have it done by Sunday at the latest. On Sunday afternoon, I followed up asking for the completed paperwork, and she reported that she had accidentally filled it out incorrectly. I let her know that it was no problem at all, but asked her to please get it to me as quickly as possible so that I could set her up on our scheduling app. After this, communication stopped completely. I have followed up several times since then just asking to make sure that she is ok. I truly do hope that nothing bad happened, but I also wanted to leave a note here sharing my experience just in case someone else expresses interest in hiring Jayda and has the same experience. Also, Jayda, if you are ok, please reach out to me and just let me know because I have been very concerned since you ceased communication without explanation.
