Hi! I'm Jayda, an experienced childcare professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. My background includes working as a Lead Teacher, nanny/babysitter, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving me experience supporting children with different personalities, developmental needs, and communication styles. I'm also trained in early childhood education, Montessori practices, and child development, with multiple New Jersey teaching and childcare certifications. I love creating a safe, patient, and engaging environment through age-appropriate learning activities, outdoor play, arts & crafts, reading, routines, and one-on-one interaction! I like working with kids because they are quite literally the future I'm looking for a job that allows me to bring classroom support into home support I started working with kids when I graduated High School in 2023 In my spare time, I like to hike and go on adventures
