About Jaya

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, social, and graceful. I like working with kids because they are just bright, colorful, and always learning about the world. I'm looking for a job that enjoys & appreciates my skills. I started working with kids when my parents needed me to babysit my siblings. Also, I attended a church where a family referred me to a month long babysitting assignment for their neighbor. They even let me drive their family car so the kiddo didn't miss activities. In my spare time, I like to read books, play with my dog, cook, visit my 93-year-old friend, watch good movies & series, discover new people, places, and things. One thing you should know about me is that I have lived in Houston forever. I'm familiar with almost all the cultures of our population. A few of them are Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Polish, Russian, German, Middle Eastern, African, French, Native American, and more. My skills include kindness, observation, and being an advocate.
