About Javion

Hello my name is Javion. I am a Business Administration Scholar at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I have work experience in education and being the youngest employee in the state of New Jersey. I've been helping student's in and out of school from experience in being a teacher assistant in Algebra, English and ESL. Helping others succeed in education and through difficult problems is what I love to do! Being able to work one on one with someone is very helpful for not just them but for myself, as well as working in a group we are all able to learn together and share our opinions and differences! From different teaching and learning strategies it is important that not every child is taught the same way because everyone is uniquely different!
