Dear Sir or Madam, I highly recommend Javez K. for any caregiving position or any other position for that matter. Javez has worked with my family for close to 3 years and been a God send to my family. Both of my parents developed dementia at the same time and Javez was able to give them both the care and attention that they needed. Living in AZ and being so far away when my parents were so sick caused me to have so much stress.I wanted to be there, and take care of them, but that was impossible. As soon as I met and hired Javez, my stress decreased immensely. Caring for someone that is quickly advancing in dementia is a difficult task, but Javez has the skills and compassion to do so. If my parents did not go into assisted living, Javez would still be employed with my family. Javez treated my parents with love and respect, along with working well with my siblings and me. She cares so much, and treated them like they were her own parent. Javez kept my parents safe and healthy. She has the skills and knowledge to help disabled people, physically and mentally. She has the knowledge to move her patients safely from seated position to standing, and back the other way. She was able to control my parents Med management with ease. She kept all the pills given at the correct time, and made sure that they both got the correct medication. Javez helped to keep the house clean and made sure that the house was not falling into disrepair. Javez would cook for them making sure they ate nutritious and healthy meals. She would take them to their appointments and helped to keep the family informed with what the doctors had to say. I can truly say that I highly recommend Javez without hesitation. She has become a part of our family because of her compassion, respect and love for my parents. Her skills and abilities to care for people are outstanding.
