I'd describe my personality as calm, compassionate, patient, resourceful, simple but knowledgeable. I like caring for seniors because the love of God for them dwells in my heart. I have exceptional feedback from the nursing homes I've worked. I'm looking for a private duty client that gives me the opportunity to earn while protecting my clients' dignity, and wishes in care. I started caring for seniors right after I sat my CNA boards. In my spare time, I love to cook, read or catch up on illustrations for my book. I'm also currently pursuing my studies in medicine. One thing you should know about me is that I'm Caribbean. I love to cook and advocate for my clients wishes, and promote their independence. Some of my skills include nutrition, bed baths, catheter care, operating hoyer lifts, toileting, grooming, vital signs, arts & craft and companionship.
