When my grandma became ill, my mom moved her into her home, my grandmother & I shared a special bond, so when my mom needed help caring for her, I was honored to step in. My professional background: working w/older adults, dementia, Alzheimer's, psychiatric, nursing home, assisted/independent living & memory care settings. Certified AD & worked as Activities & Memory Care Director. My experience: personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, Hoyer lift, transportation& companionship, CPR & SS Instructor certified, & understand the importance of keeping seniors active & engaged. I believe in respecting ea. person's autonomy & dignity while building trust through kindness & consistency. My goal is to care for your loved one giving family caregivers an opportunity to recharge & breathe, knowing their loved one is in caring hands.
