About Jasslyn

I grew up around and caring for elders, so companionship and caregiving feel very natural to me. I helped care for my father, who had diabetes and congestive heart failure, my grandmother who had dementia, and my godmother, who was a wheelchair user living with lupus, fibromyalgia, and heart issues. I currently support a 75-year-old stroke survivor with diabetes, fibromyalgia, and CHF. I understand that care is not just about tasks - it's also about dignity, patience, comfort, and connection. I enjoy helping with meal prep, errands, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship. I love hearing people's stories and believe elders have so much wisdom to share. I'm warm, calm, dependable, and easy to talk to. I also enjoy movies, books, self-care, music, and trying new foods - and I'm always happy to bring a little joy and laughter into someone's day.
