I'm patient, calm, friendly, and detail-oriented. I prioritize clear communication with families through written daily reports and verbal updates. Respecting a client's independence is very important to me. I'm experienced in handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and I incorporate memory care activities to enrich their day.
