Hi! I'm Jason, a former marine, a parent of three, martial artist, and fitness enthusiast with years of hands-on caregiving experience. I helped my wife, a medical assistant, care for her father at home for over 10 years, managing daily needs and medical routines. I teach Jiu-Jitsu to children, emphasizing discipline and confidence, and have transformed my own health, going from 316 lbs to 235 lbs through consistent training. I offer safe workouts for all ages, martial arts basics, mobility and strength guidance, fun activity sessions for kids, companionship for seniors, driving to errands and appointments, and personalized coaching to help clients stay active, healthy, and confident.
