About Jasmin

Hi there! I'm Jasmin, 34, originally from England. As the eldest of 3 children I grew up babysitting my siblings and the children of family friends. I started gaining formal experience in 2013 when I traveled to Peru and volunteered with children in orphanages. In 2014, I moved to LA for my MA in clinical psychology. I went on to work at Caltech studying infants with brain malformation and autism. In my extra time, I began babysitting for 2 girls (9 months and 3 years). I continued to work with this family for over 6 years. I moved to Iowa in 2023 for my PhD, but have learned that my heart is working with families, not academia. I love working with kids. I have lots of energy and love to play and go on adventures, but I could also read books all day! I'm first aid and CPR certified, pet friendly and I have a car.
