Jasmin has been an wonderful caregiver for our 18-month-old and 3.5-year-old daughters. She is excellent at supporting siblings together, and her care extends seamlessly to the whole family. It is clear she brings a great deal of experience and professionalism to her work. What stood out was how thoughtfully she approached our youngest child’s developmental needs. Jasmin created a personalized curriculum that aligned with age-appropriate milestones and our daughter’s emerging interests. It was nice to see how engaged and excited both girls were to spend time with her and learn from her. (Jasmin primarily nannied for our youngest and occasionally babysits both our kids, since our oldest is in school full time.) Jasmin is kind, patient, proactive, organized, and incredibly thoughtful in everything she does. Her expertise, particularly from her previous childcare work in Providence, shines through in the way she manages routines, transitions, and sibling dynamics. One of the things we loved was her ability to get both girls to nap in the same room, a rare occurrence in our home. Somehow Jasmin knew exactly how to guide them calmly and confidently, and she made it look effortless. We feel fortunate to have had Jasmin as part of our childcare team. She is a natural with children, and someone we trust in our community. Any family would be lucky to have her.
