About Jasminique

I bring over 10 years of childcare experience working with families and children of a wide range of ages--from infants to teens. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong understanding of age-appropriate development, patience, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child in my care. I am currently enrolled at LSU, furthering my education while continuing to do what I love, supporting children and families. I'm also a self-published children's author. In addition to my childcare background, I have professional experience in supporting those impacted by crime, which has strengthened my compassion, communication skills, and ability to provide calm, trauma-informed care in sensitive situations.
