About Jasmine
Experience: 5 yrs
Hello! My name is Jasmine, and I bring professional residential and commercial cleaning experience with a strong focus on detail, organization, and consistency. My background includes healthcare environmental services and private cleaning work, where sanitation standards, efficiency, and trustworthiness were essential. I specialize in regular home maintenance cleaning, deep cleans, organizing projects, move-in/move-out services, and preparing homes for showings or events. I take pride in creating clean, peaceful environments and treating every home with care and respect. I'm reliable, communicative, and committed to high-quality work. I'd love the opportunity to discuss your cleaning needs further. Thank you for your time and consideration!

After messaging , Jasmine said that she would call me in the morning; but she said if she didn’t, I was to call her. I then asked her if she had any references and she said she gave me name of a cleaning service but not her last name; and she also said she’d show me pictures “when she met me”. I found the exchange very odd and decided I’d address it further when we actually spoke. In the morning, Jasmine didn’t phone, so I called her. She answered and then proceeded to blatantly pretend she couldn’t hear me. I hung up shortly and then gave her the benefit of the doubt and called back; she went through the same ridiculously obvious deceitful pretense of not being able to hear me. So I hung up. And, no surprise, Jasmine made no attempt to return the call … even tho she would have had my number from our messages from the previous night. I am just positive that she had not one good reference to provide. Hire this person at your own risk! If she can be dishonest about a phone call, how could you possibly trust her in your home?!?!
