About Jasmine

Hi there! Thank you for taking a moment to read my profile! My name is Jasmine, and I have been taking care of children for more than half of my life. From brand new babies to 16-year-olds, I've watched them all. I have experience in respite work in NYS and spent many years as a camp counselor and Sunday School teacher. I am fluent in Spanish and conversational in French. I've learned some Italian and can have a brief conversation in Hebrew. Currently I am going back to school for my second degree to become an ASL interpreter. I graduated from UAlbany, where I met my husband, with a B. A. in English. I have a pit-bull/chow chow mix (50lbs, 5 years old) named Ruby and a cat named Moo (8 years). They're both black and white and we also rescued them when they both were 3 months old. I have many, many references that will happily vouch for my care with children and pets. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
