Having never used Care.com before I wasn't sure what to expect, and Jasmine made things a breeze for me. She's so kind, compassionate, super helpful and seriously went above and beyond to take care of me after a knee surgery. -She was thorough in understanding my needs in advance, and also let me know when to expect her via text the day of. She communicates well, helped me get through the surgery and even waited with me in the pre-op room when things were taking longer than expected. I had a panic attack and completely lost my cool, but Jasmine kept her's through the entire scenario which honestly I can't express how grateful I was to have that energy, much less someone in my corner during that experience. SUPER appreciated. Jasmine got me home after taking me to get my medications at the pharmacy and even helped me with a big box on the porch. I would have given five stars at just what I was expecting her to do but wowie zowie her service and care are just above and beyond! 10/10 recommend Jasmine!
