Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for. I have 10 years of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I am passionate about their well-being and independence. My previous care roles have been incredibly positive, and I am eager to continue making a positive impact. I am a compassionate and friendly caregiver. I build trust with care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred method.
