I have more experience managing and taking care of infants although I do have some experience with senior care, I'm hoping to learn more as I go and gain more and more experience as well if you'll have me. Jasmine did a no call no show and left her C-4 quadriplegic client uncovered for a 60-hr weekend shift. We called her, text her and even sent emails and she did not answer or respond to any communications. She seemed very sweet and professional. We were very shocked and disappointed when she did not show up for her scheduled shift. Jasmine left the whole team scrambling to cover her shifts.
