About Jasmine

I am a lovely substitute teacher looking to care for a family over the summer or possibly long term if it's a great fit. I have about 8 years of experience nannying on and off and two years of teaching mixed grade levels. I have my BA in Psychology and I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Teaching. With my degree, I know the importance of having a healthy environment to promote cognitive, social, & emotional development in children. I also played sports at a high level & love to engage with kids in all different activities. I believe creating a positive space for your child is extremely important as well. Recently, I was a long-term substitute for an amazing 2nd grade class. That experience was life changing & showed me just how much I truly value, love, & care for children on a deeper level than just education. Because of my experience with children, background in psychology, and background in education, I'm sure I would be a perfect candidate to care for your family.
