About Jasmine

Hi! I'm Jasmine, a college graduate with a bachelor's degree in Biology. I've been tutoring since my freshman year of high school, starting with neighbors and family friends. I later joined a mentoring program where I helped students improve their grades, adjust to their environment, and plan for their futures. In college, I helped classmates by creating detailed study guides and customized practice exams. I currently tutor my significant other's daughter in reading and math. I'm patient, encouraging, and enjoy finding different ways to explain things based on each student's learning style. My goal is to help students feel comfortable asking questions, understand challenging subjects, and build confidence in their abilities. In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, crocheting, making jewelry, cooking, and going for walks.
