Hi! My name is Jas, and I'm a recent Boston University graduate with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have over 5 years of paid experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing positive behavioral support and speech-related assistance to toddlers, children, and teens. I've worked with individuals with autism, ADHD, speech delays, and other developmental or cognitive disabilities, and I always aim to meet each child where they are with patience, consistency, and care. My approach focuses on building trust, encouraging communication, and supporting each child's unique strengths and needs. This work is especially meaningful to me on a personal level, as my sister had autism and speech delays alongside a genetic disorder. Because of this, I bring both professional experience and genuine compassion into the care and support I provide.
