As a Registered Behavior Technician I have implemented individualized programs based on ABA principles including functional communication training, feeding and daily living skills. As well as managed severe problem behavior through implementation of the behavior intervention plan. I am passionate about getting to watch the children that I work with grow and learn. When they finally master a target or program that was difficult to them makes everything I do worth it.
