As a NICU mom I am very particular about who I let watch my baby (now 19months old). Jarre is one of the 3 people I have trusted to watch my child over the last year and a half. She is incredibly attentive and really aspires to understand what children are going through by doing her best to put herself in the child's world and talking them through what is happening whether it is daily transitions or big emotions, she keeps her calm and guilds children through the learning experiences life presents kids.
