About Jaroslava

I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with five years of experience caring for children, adults, and seniors, including individuals with disabilities and developmental differences. For the past five years, I have worked closely with a nonverbal woman with a rare form of trisomy, providing individualized care, companionship, assistance with daily routines, activities, and community outings. I also have experience working with children and adults with autism, individuals with Down syndrome, and nonverbal individuals with varying levels of support needs. I'm patient, attentive, dependable, and adaptable, and I take the time to understand each person's individual personality, needs, routines, and way of communicating.
