About Jared

Hi! My name is Jared, and I'm a recent college graduate with a strong background in youth education and childcare. I spent a year teaching high school students in a Marketing course as well as teaching an 8th grade advisory class at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, a private K-12 school in Philadelphia. In addition to teaching, I helped run after-school programs that balanced both physical and mental activities to keep students engaged and supported. Before college, I also ran private soccer lessons for younger kids in my community, which gave me hands-on experience working with children in one-on-one and small group settings. In terms of communication, I typically send updates via text throughout the day and provide a written report at the end of each day. However, I am more than happy to adapt to whatever method parents prefer to ensure you feel informed and confident. I am looking to build on my previous childcare experience and would love the opportunity to support your family!
