As a father of three and caregiver for my own 92-year-old grandfather, I understand the patience, dignity, and attentiveness that senior care requires, and I never take that responsibility lightly. Following my professional athletic career, my background has been in executive protection, and I hold certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), so I'm trained to stay calm and respond effectively if a medical situation arises. I know how to assist someone without taking away their independence. I'm happy to help with transportation to appointments, errands and grocery runs, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and companionship.
