I was an LVN from 2001 to 2014. I moved to California after my husband passed from cancer. Didn't renew my nursing license. I'm looking for a refresher course to reapply for LVN license. I have worked privately with many individuals the last 10 years. I've worked with dementia, CHF, COPD, diabetics. I'm comfortable giving medications, insulin injections, breathing treatments, I know how to take blood pressure manually, check blood sugar, take pulse and take respiration. Always willing to learn. It's a privilege to be welcomed into a home to care for a loved one. I have experience with hospice care. I will provide a caring environment for my clients.
