Jan started with us over a year ago. To say she is a life-saver is to say the least! She is very reliable, communicates amazing, and is top notch in caring for our children. She mainly watches our 21 month old daughter, but there have been times where all 4 of our kids were here. She keeps the kids in line, gets down to their level and plays with them, and is very personable. My 5 year old son is not overly open to new people and he even calls Jan, Grammy Jan. She has become part of our family and we would not know what to do without her! I highly recommend her!
