I'm physically, mentally and spiritually strong so I can help in the many areas that can become challenging as we grow older. In later years when our families may be far away or not always available it can be very lonely. We all need companionship, connection and practical help. I am skilled at communicating honestly and assisting with respect and sensitivity in preserving privacy and dignity. I'd love to be of help to you or to your loved one. Arrangement can be tailored to your needs. I work PT 2-6 hours usually & flex on the days. I do shopping, laundry, cleaning, meal prep & more or provide respite for family caregivers who need time off. For those who want to remain independent in their homes but need some close by non-invasive support/assistance I would consider live close by situation for part time hrs. Current References available
