I am certified as End of life Doulah, was Hospice Social Worker for 7 years offering grief support & end of life care to patients and their families. Worked in adult mental health residential program upstate assisting and developing personal daily skills maintenance taking meds, personal hygiene, socialization skills, assist making and attending medical appts. through supportive & positive reinforcement and encouragement.
