I love children and I was also a voluntary teaching aide for a first grade class for one year. I have had many years of experience watching children when babysitting for my friends' younger siblings or nieces and nephews, though these positions were obviously not paid. I always follow instructions and know that if any conflicts arise, I will adhere to whatever parents want me to do. I am also an excellent tutor. I am a stay at home mom to a 13-month-old daughter, made all her baby food and take her to plenty of enrichment activities (kid's museums/storytimes, zoo, hikes, etc) and would love a babysitting job to enjoy the activities with another family/more kids :)

Jan is awesome! She is always on time and ready with activities to keep my older son entertained and engaged, and she's great with my baby, too. I know that tending to both boys at the same time is quite challenging, and she does a great job.
