About Janiya

Hi! My name is Janiya, and I am a 21-year-old college student from Secaucus, New Jersey. Caring for children has always been a big part of my life. Growing up with many nieces and nephews gave me years of hands-on experience with children of all ages. I also grew up watching my mother run her own daycare, where I learned the importance of patience, responsibility, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Although my mother has unfortunately passed away, the lessons she taught me continue to inspire me every day. I have also worked in summer camps and daycare settings. I am currently studying art in college and love sharing my creativity through drawing, crafts, and fun activities with children. I am dependable, caring, patient, and dedicated to making sure every child feels safe, supported, and has fun while in my care.
