About Janiya

Hi! My name is Janiya I'm a recent Northeastern University graduate and a full-time Financial Analyst at a software company in the greater Boston area. I live in Boston and babysit on the side during my free time because working with kids is something I truly enjoy! I have six years of experience caring for children at a before-and-after-school program with kids ages 4-12. I helped with homework, played games and puzzles, organized crafts, outdoor activities, and went on field trips. I also followed parents' specific guidelines like medication routines and special requests, so I'm very comfortable with clear communication and attention to detail. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and can care for up to three children. Whether it's playing outside, helping with homework, or keeping your little ones safe and happy, I strive to create a warm, positive environment where kids can be themselves.
