Janis was an absolute blessing to my family during the time she took care of my Mother. From the beginning and throughout, she was genuinely warm and attentive. She is well versed in first aid which gave my family peace of mind knowing any situation would be handled calmly and competently by her. Her preparation of meals was always nutritious and timely which was not a strong point for my Mother. Beyond her technical skills, Janis was a great communicator not just with my Mother but with me…and that meant a lot! But what stood out the most was her compassion-she treated my Mother with genuine warmth and respect, making it clear she saw her as a person, not just a client.
