Highly recommend! Janine has been caring for our six year old daughter for the last 4 months and has quickly become an integral part of our family. She instantly build a rapport with my sassy 6 year old with her warmth and conversations! She has been an amazing support system for our entire family with not just managing our daughters routine but also proactively helping out with odd chores without even being asked to. She is extremely comfortable to take guidance and direction from the parents in terms of preferences, schedule, activities and implement a structure that is very helpful for a child. Most importantly our daughter absolutely loves her company and genuinely looks forward to seeing her in the week! For anyone looking for an engaging, reliable, punctual and flexible caregiver/mothers helper, we would highly recommend Janine.
