Hello! My name is Janina and I have over 10 years experience working with children. I have a wide range of experience- I worked at a Montessori school in college for 6 years and gained an amazing base knowledge of child development in this space. During this time I also nannied and babysat on the weekends. In school, I studied Psychology and Sociology and a lot of my studies focused on Early Childhood Development and Human Development/Psychology. After this, I took some time off working with children and worked in Sales and Marketing but returned to work as a Lead Guide at Guidepost Montessori School (Toddler's Classroom) and also worked as a Behavioral Therapist with children with autism. Over the past 2 years I have begun teaching yoga and have been working on creating my own business, coaching individuals, and throughout this process, I have been babysitting and nannying for different families but I am looking to find one family I can be with for at least the next year!
